For a cappella in particular, the editing phase is a crucial one. Choosing the right takes, finding the right energy, and polishing arrangements all require careful decisions by someone that cares deeply about the finished product. An “edit” by treymix studios ends with a rough mix, to make sure you have a sense of what’s available to work with. Please Note, for this rate to apply:
Tracks must be pre-aligned to a grid (even if the grid itself changes multiple times)
Tracks must be clearly labeled and reasonably organized in Pro Tools or Logic Pro
Each recorded drum track counts as ½ of a track
Please provide Sheet Music and/or a chord chart; any other reference materials (e.g., live performance, sound references) are welcome as well
